Handknit QR Code

As an experiment a group of FIT students tried to run a viral campaign through the school using QR Codes. Originally envisioned as a game for students to play along with the members of the group had to battle student apathy to get a response. To mark the end of the project I created this handknit QR code.

Piehole Campaign

Branding and designing a season wide campaign for the Brooklyn based experimental theatre group Piehole was the semester problem for this project. The campaign itself revolves around a pair of dolls, themselves walking the border between life and not life, a visual metaphor that I found appropriate for this company.

Kaleidoscope Garden Poster

Created for the All Japan color competition, the piece was intended to evoke a Kaleidoscope Garden. I created a poster to go along with the original submission. This piece won second place in an international competition against schools from the United States, Japan, France, and Italy.

An artists book featuring a selection of poems from Rainer Maria Rilke's 1922 cycle 'Sonnets To Orpheus', my favorite poems. In addition all illustrations were done by me.

A magazine devoted to tiny houses, houses that range from 60 to 300 square feet, 100 Square was inspired by the literature of Henry David Thoreau and the designs of the Bauhaus. 100 Square captures the raw power of nature and the joys of simple living.

Green Roofs

Both a poster and a flash movie, this small campaign delves into the far distant past of a living roof as well as the practical environemental benefits that come out of utilizing this technology in the future.

Three Words

Influenced by my love of the Transcendental movement of the late 1800s, this interactive piece is a game taking you from stage to stage until you find the hidden meaning in the project.
